Our house is one of a group of Turkish summer houses originally built for the professional people of the Technical University in Ankara. We have tried to maintain its outer appearance in accordance with the original style of the houses and adapted the interior to provide spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation for up to 6 people.
Leading from the main groundfloor courtyard is a light and airy living room with a kitchen at one end. The kitchen is simple but well fitted with a ceramic hob and microwave, a washing machine and huge fridge freezer. There is also a gas barbecue with a hood for versatile cooking (a spare gas bottle is available on site but please advise if it is necessary to use this).
The house well furnished with two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower-rooms, and in addition there is a sun-room on the first floor containing two single futons. Air-conditioning is also available in the two main bedrooms.
There are two further terraces - one leading from the sun room on the first floor and this has marble steps leading up to the roof terrace.
Bed linen (together with light duvets for the cooler months) and towels are provided but please DO NOT use the white towels for the beach or sunbathing as we also supply beach towels.
Any damages or breakages should be reported and replaced wherever possible i.e. glasses etc.
